The Civil Litigation: Housing Justice Clinic advises and represents low-income residents of Boston, Newton, Waltham, and Watertown with the following types of matters:
Eviction defense and possible counterclaims
Public housing advocacy for current public housing tenants, tenants with housing subsidies (vouchers), and applicants who have been unfairly rejected
We are currently closed for intake but will reopen in August 2024.
