The BC Legal Services LAB is law firm staffed by attorneys and law students. Low income clients in need of assistance can apply for legal services or be referred to the LAB by one of our referring partners.

Our Entrepreneurship & Innovation Clinic handles matters involving corporate law, employment law, and intellectual property on behalf of for-profit start-up businesses.
Our immigration clinic handles cases that include asylum, waivers of deportation, adjustment of status, visa for victims of violent crimes, juveniles and more.
The BC Ninth Circuit Appellate Program provides pro bono representation to non-citizens with criminal convictions.
The Community Enterprise Clinic offers free legal help to startup businesses, both for-profit and nonprofit.
