The Family Justice Litigation Clinic advises and represents low-income residents of Suffolk and Middlesex counties with the following legal issues:
Domestic Relations Cases: divorce, custody, alimony, and child support
Administrative Advocacy against the state Department of Children and Families (DCF): fair hearings, advocacy for third party kin, and representation in petitions for young adults
